Hello, I am Ching-Lo.

I am a versatile storyteller with experience across multiple mediums, including theatre, cinema, and fiction.

As an Author Accelerator certified book coach, I help first-time writers from multicultural backgrounds craft women’s, upmarket and literary fiction.

I am also a member of the Women’s Fiction Writers Association and serve as a first-round judge for the association’s Star Award and Rising Star Award.

Beyond my literary work, I have a strong background as a film sales agent, specializing in the international distribution of arthouse films. I have contributed to notable titles such as The Substance, Perfect Days, Priscilla, Fallen Leaves, Portrait of a Lady on Fire, and The Worst Person in the World.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Theatrical Design and a Master’s in Filmmaking, I combine my deep understanding of story structure with in-depth knowledge of market positioning in the film industry. This unique blend of expertise enriches my approach to book coaching.

A writer myself, my work has been supported by the Taiwanese Ministry of Culture. 

Originally from Taiwan, I now live in central France, where my husband and I, along with our cat, Pistache, are restoring an 18th-century mansion.
